糯米播放器隐私权政策

本政策适用于由 Charlottejas（糯米播放器开发者）提供的糯米播放器（NuomiPlayer，Android 包名：3.1 为 com.nuomiplayer，旧版为 com.nuomi），说明应用如何访问、使用、存储和传输用户与设备数据。具体可用功能取决于您安装的版本和音乐来源。

糯米用于将手机音乐 App 的媒体信息和播放控制连接到 Android Auto。应用无需注册糯米账号，不内置广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，不出售用户数据。媒体处理主要在设备上进行；联网歌词、部分版本的更新检查以及您主动访问的网站会涉及下文说明的网络请求。

1. 我们处理哪些数据，以及用途

  • 媒体与播放信息：音乐来源的应用标识、歌曲标识、歌名、歌手、专辑、封面或封面地址、歌词、播放状态、进度和时长。用于手机及车机显示、歌词同步、来源切换和转发播放控制。
  • 通知相关信息：在您授予通知读取权限后，Android 通知监听服务可接收系统通知事件；糯米通过来源应用标识识别所选播放器的变化，并连接其媒体会话。此权限不用于收集或上传短信、聊天消息、验证码等与音乐功能无关的通知正文。
  • 设备上的应用信息：系统可见的应用包名、名称、图标、可启动状态及活跃媒体会话，用于发现、显示和打开音乐来源、保存常用播放器，以及识别 Android Auto 连接环境。糯米不向开发者上传已安装应用列表。
  • 本地偏好与运行状态：已选音乐来源、常用播放器、歌词模式、默认显示歌词开关、引导完成状态，以及在提供更新提示的版本中的提示与检查状态。用于保存您的设置和恢复使用体验。
  • 诊断与您主动提供的反馈：应用可在 Android 本地诊断日志中记录连接状态、应用标识和错误信息，不内置自动向开发者上传日志的服务。如果您主动发送截图、日志、设备型号、版本或问题描述，我们会使用这些信息处理反馈。

糯米不要求您提供音乐账号密码，不访问通讯录，不录制麦克风或摄像头，不申请定位权限，也不获取广告标识符用于跟踪。原音乐 App 的账号、会员及音频播放由该 App 自行处理。

2. 权限与后台处理

通知读取权限用于访问音乐 App 的媒体会话并跟进播放变化。启用后，即使糯米的手机界面不在前台，相关服务也可能继续处理媒体信息，以维持车机显示和控制。您可随时在 Android 系统设置的「通知使用权 / 通知读取权限」中关闭糯米的授权；关闭后，来源发现、同步或控制可能无法工作。

发送通知权限用于应用功能提示，例如从车机发起打开手机音乐 App 的通知流程。您可以在系统应用通知设置中关闭。网络权限用于获取在线歌词，以及支持该功能的版本中的更新检查。

3. 数据传输与第三方

  • Android Auto 和所选播放器：为完成车机播放体验，糯米通过 Android 媒体接口向 Android Auto 提供媒体信息，并向所选播放器转发您发起的播放控制。Google、车机和原音乐 App 的独立数据处理适用各自政策。
  • 网易云音乐在线歌词：应用向 music.163.com 请求当前歌曲标识对应的歌词。接收方是网易云音乐服务。
  • 汽水音乐在线歌词：应用向 api.qishui.com 请求当前歌曲标识对应的歌词。接收方是汽水音乐服务。QQ 音乐歌词主要从其提供的媒体信息读取。
  • 网络请求信息：歌词服务会接收到请求中的歌曲标识、IP 地址及常规 HTTP 请求信息（例如 User-Agent、请求时间）。这些请求不携带您在音乐 App 中的登录密码、登录令牌或通知正文；第三方可能根据其自身政策保留访问日志。
  • 版本检查与外部链接：包含 GitHub 更新提示的版本可能在打开手机界面时向 api.github.com 查询最新公开版本，发送包含应用版本的 User-Agent 和常规连接信息，不发送歌曲信息或音乐应用列表。主动打开项目、下载或反馈页面时，GitHub 和您的浏览器会按各自政策处理访问数据。
  • 系统备份：应用允许 Android 系统备份和设备迁移；符合备份规则的本地设置可能由您的系统、备份服务提供方或设备迁移功能复制。是否启用及保存期限由您的系统设置和服务提供方决定，开发者无法读取您的系统备份。

糯米开发者不运营用于汇集您的收听记录、通知内容或应用列表的服务端。上述第三方可能位于您所在地区以外；其接收的数据由对应服务及适用规则管理。我们不出售个人数据，也不将上述信息用于广告画像。

4. 保存期限与安全措施

当前媒体状态和歌词缓存主要保存在进程内存中，可能随歌曲切换、缓存淘汰或进程结束而移除；本地设置保存在 Android 应用私有存储中，通常保留到您修改设置、清除应用数据或卸载。系统诊断日志由 Android 的日志保留机制管理。

应用的在线歌词与版本查询使用 HTTPS。本地数据受 Android 应用沙箱保护。任何存储或传输方式都不能保证绝对安全。第三方访问日志和系统备份的保存期限不由糯米开发者控制。

您主动提交的反馈信息仅用于沟通、排查和维护；仅在这些目的所需期间保留。公开 GitHub Issues 和附件会持续公开，直到您或有权限的维护者删除；GitHub 自身的备份、日志和保留规则适用其政策。

5. 您的选择与数据删除

  • 在系统设置中撤销通知读取或发送通知权限，停止依赖这些权限的功能。
  • 在糯米中修改来源、歌词和常用播放器设置。若希望停止全部后台媒体处理，可撤销通知读取权限并停止使用应用。
  • 在 Android「设置 → 应用 → 糯米播放器 → 存储」中清除存储 / 清除数据，或卸载应用，以移除设备上的应用数据。菜单名称可能因手机而异。
  • 系统备份可能在重新安装或迁移设备时恢复设置；如需移除备份，请使用系统或备份服务提供方的管理功能。
  • 对于您发送给开发者的反馈数据，可通过下方联系渠道请求查阅、更正或删除。删除第三方服务持有的数据需联系对应服务。糯米没有独立用户账号，因此无需办理糯米账号注销。

6. 儿童与本政策更新

糯米是一般用途的车载音乐辅助工具，不以儿童为目标用户。如果您认为反馈中包含了不应提交的儿童个人信息，请联系开发者处理。功能或数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本页面的日期与内容；对于需要另行告知或授权的变化，会按适用要求处理。

NuomiPlayer Privacy Policy

This policy applies to NuomiPlayer (糯米播放器), Android package com.nuomiplayer for 3.1 and com.nuomi for earlier versions, provided by Charlottejas, the NuomiPlayer developer. It explains access to, use, storage and transmission of user and device data. Available features depend on the installed version and music source.

NuomiPlayer connects media information and controls from your phone's music apps to Android Auto. It requires no NuomiPlayer account, includes no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDK, and does not sell user data. Media processing primarily occurs on your device; online lyrics, update checks in versions that include them, and websites you visit involve the network requests described below.

1. Data processed and purposes

  • Media and playback: source app identifiers, track identifiers, titles, artists, albums, artwork or artwork addresses, lyrics, playback state, position and duration, to display media on the phone and car, synchronize lyrics, switch sources and forward controls.
  • Notification-related information: after you grant notification access, Android's notification listener can receive system notification events. NuomiPlayer uses the source app identifier to detect changes in the selected player and connect to its media session. This access is not used to collect or upload unrelated SMS, chat messages, verification codes or other notification bodies.
  • Apps on the device: system-visible app package names, labels, icons, launch availability and active media sessions, to discover, display and open music sources, save favorites and identify the Android Auto connection environment. Installed app lists are not uploaded to the developer.
  • Local preferences and operational state: selected sources, favorites, lyric layout and default-lyrics settings, onboarding completion and, where available, update prompt/check state, to retain preferences and restore the experience.
  • Diagnostics and voluntary feedback: the app may write connection state, app identifiers and error information to Android's local diagnostic logs. There is no built-in automatic log-upload service to the developer. Screenshots, logs, device details, versions and descriptions you voluntarily send are used to address your feedback.

NuomiPlayer does not request music-account passwords, access contacts, record microphone or camera input, request location permission, or obtain advertising identifiers for tracking. The original music app handles its accounts, subscriptions and audio playback.

2. Permissions and background processing

Notification access enables connection to music-app media sessions and playback changes. Related services may continue processing media while the phone interface is in the background to maintain car display and controls. You may revoke access in Android's Notification access settings at any time; source discovery, synchronization or controls may then stop working.

Notification permission enables functional prompts, such as a notification used to open a phone music app from the car. You may disable it in system app-notification settings. Internet access supports online lyrics and update checks in versions that provide them.

3. Transfers and third parties

  • Android Auto and the selected music app: NuomiPlayer supplies media information to Android Auto through Android media interfaces and forwards your playback commands to the selected app. Google's, the head unit's and the original player's independent processing is covered by their own policies.
  • NetEase Cloud Music lyrics: the app requests lyrics for the current track identifier from music.163.com, operated by the NetEase Cloud Music service.
  • Qishui/Luna lyrics: the app requests lyrics for the current track identifier from api.qishui.com, operated by the Qishui Music service. QQ Music lyrics are primarily read from media information supplied by the player.
  • Network information: lyric services receive the requested track identifier, IP address and normal HTTP information such as User-Agent and request time. Requests do not include your music-app passwords, login tokens or notification bodies. These services may retain access logs under their own policies.
  • Update checks and external links: versions that include GitHub update prompts may query api.github.com when the phone interface is opened. This sends a User-Agent containing the app version and normal connection information, not track information or music-app lists. When you open project, download or feedback pages, GitHub and your browser process visit data under their own policies.
  • System backup: Android backup and device transfer are enabled. Local settings eligible under the backup rules may be copied by your system, backup provider or device-transfer service. Your settings and the provider determine whether backup is enabled and its retention. The developer cannot access your system backups.

The developer does not operate a server to aggregate listening history, notification content or installed-app lists. Third parties may be located outside your region and handle received data under their own policies and applicable rules. We do not sell personal data or use this information for advertising profiles.

4. Retention and security

Current media state and lyric caches are primarily held in process memory and may be removed on track changes, cache eviction or process termination. Local settings remain in Android app-private storage until changed, app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Android controls retention of system diagnostic logs.

Online lyric and version requests use HTTPS. Android's application sandbox protects local data. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Third-party access-log and system-backup retention is not controlled by the developer.

Voluntary feedback is retained only as needed for communication, troubleshooting and maintenance. Public GitHub Issues and attachments remain public until deleted by you or an authorized maintainer; GitHub's own retention, backup and logging policies also apply.

5. Choices and deletion

  • Revoke notification access or notification permission in system settings to stop the dependent functions.
  • Change sources, lyrics and favorites in the app. To stop all background media processing, revoke notification access and stop using the app.
  • Use Android Settings → Apps → NuomiPlayer → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data, or uninstall, to remove app data from the device. Menu names vary.
  • System backups may restore preferences during reinstall or migration. Manage or remove these backups using the system or backup provider's controls.
  • Use the contact channel below to request access, correction or deletion of feedback sent to the developer. Contact the relevant provider about data it holds. There is no separate NuomiPlayer account to delete.

6. Children and policy changes

NuomiPlayer is a general-purpose in-car music companion and is not directed at children. Contact the developer if you believe inappropriate child personal information was included in feedback. When features or data practices change, this page and its update date will be revised. Changes requiring additional notice or permission will be handled according to applicable requirements.

GitHub Issues is public. Initially describe only the type of request. Do not post passwords, complete notification contents or other sensitive personal data. Request an appropriate private contact channel first if needed.

This policy website is hosted by GitHub Pages and contains no developer-added analytics, advertising, tracking scripts or cookies. GitHub may process IP addresses and other access information to serve the page; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
